Every workplace has that one person who shines a little brighter - and for us that's Mollie.
Whether it's the early morning rush or a late-day pick-me-up, she is always there, coffee in hand and smile on her face, delivering the best brew in town. But it's not just the coffee that makes her stand out - it's her heart. Kind, friendly, and positive, she brings a sense of calm and joy to everyone around her.
What makes her truly special is that she never waits to be asked. She sees what needs to be done and just does it - quietly, humbly, and without fuss. From going the extra mile for a customer to lending a hand to a teammate, nothing is ever too much.
We're beyond lucky to have someone with such a beautiful nature on our team. The best barista? Absolutely. But even more than that - an incredible person.

Meet our Part time Barista, Emily. Emily is a dedicated and hardworking individual who approaches every task with determination and a strong sense of responsibility. Her self-motivation drives her to consistently go above and beyond expectations, always seeking ways to improve and contribute to the team's success.
Despite her ambition, she remains warm, friendly and approachable - someone who naturally uplifts the workplace with her kindness and positive attitude. Her ability to balance professionalism with genuine compassion makes her not only a valued team member but also a joy to work with.
