Salted Caramel Coconut Bliss Balls
Ingredients
1 cup desiccated coconut
extra for rolling
1 cup cashew nuts
1 cup medjool dates
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions
Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend well.
Roll equal amounts in the extra coconut to form the perfect bliss ball shape.
Pop on a tray in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set.
Enjoy as the perfect snack.
