Molly’s Home made Pesto
Ingredients
150g fresh basil
2 cups
3 cups olive oil
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
3 bulbs garlic
roasted
juice of 1 lemon
100g parmesan
grated
Directions
Add all the ingredients into a food processor.
Blend well.
Season to taste.
Store in a jar in the fridge for up to a week.
