Matcha Bliss balls


1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
+ more for rolling
1 tbsp matcha powder
pinch of salt
2/3 cup cashew butter
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups almond flour


Add all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until all mixed together well. Form small balls the the palm of your hand and roll in coconut. Store in the fridge for a couple of hours to set.
