Home Made Hummus


2x400g tins of chickpeas
10 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 2 juicy lemons
2 heaped- tablespoons tahini
3 cloves of garlic peeled
2 teaspoons ground cumin
Salt and pepper
to taste


Place all the ingredients in a food processor with 3 tablespoons of water and blend until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!
